What you'll do:Management of employee personnel filesEnsure new hire paperwork is processed and monitored accordingly (i.e. I9 completed )Track candidate progression through required trainingCreating, running, and analyzing a variety of reports - such as lost hours, pay rate, and various other reportsProvide operational and administrative support to operations and recruiting team as neededAssisting Talent Resource Coordinator with administrative tasks required for new hire orientationsProvide professional, courteous, and timely support to all internal customersWhat you'll bring to the job:1 - 2 yrs related experience and/or Associates degree preferredComputer proficiency with intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, WordPossess strong oral, written communication and interpersonal skillsHave the ability to analyze complex problems, issues, and dataMust be detail orientedBe able to follow up and follow through with: projects, pending tasks, and both short-term and long-term commitmentsBe able to multi-task and support multiple demanding projects/tasks and manage multiple priorities in fast paced environmentAbility to work independently and keep up in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate exceptional customer service skillsMS Companies offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, which includes Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, as well as Short-Term Disability coverage.
