Candidates need to be local to the St. Louis, Missouri area only pleaseWe can not do Corp to Corp (C2C) for this positionHybrid On-Site position (2 days/week on-site)Contract, right to hireRate: $65-69/hr. with benefits Senior Project Manager (Software/Application Development/Migration projects) DescriptionPrimary Project Management experienceIdeal PMs are doers with leadership/anticipatory thinking (not necessarily people-managers), strong interpersonal and clear communication skills, and the ability to describe best practices and provide actionable guidance.Preference for PMs with software/migration experience (in-house and package migrations), not only traditional package knowledge.Best practice expectation: PM should be able to evaluate sprint readiness, suggest moving items to next sprint and drive root-cause discussions rather than simply extending sprints.Experience using Azure DevOps for tracking is a big plusDemonstrated ability to thrive in unstructured situationsExperience working with AI tools is a big plusPMO, process & toolingThis is a Hybrid mix of agile and waterfall practices across teams; some teams are fully agile while others run more traditional/project-centric approaches.ADO (Azure DevOps) is used across most teams (majority) and is considered a strong plus for candidates; one project uses JIRA.Standardization of project management practices is an ongoing effort across the organization.PM candidates experienced with ADO will have an advantage.
