Construction Manager – Data Center (QA/QC Oversight)Michigan City, IndianaFull-Time | Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 + Benefits (Accommodation & Travel Included)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale data center development in Michigan City, Indiana. This role focuses on end-to-end construction oversight with a strong emphasis on QA/QC processes (L0-L3), vendor coordination, and on-site leadership within a high-performance project environment.This is a key leadership position supporting a major hyperscale data center program, totaling approximately 1GW of development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead construction oversight for a large-scale data center projectManage and monitor QA/QC processes across Levels 0-3 (L0-L3)Act as a central point of coordination between contractors, subcontractors, and vendorsEnsure all construction activities meet quality, safety, and compliance standardsProvide leadership within the construction trailer environment, fostering effective cohabitation and collaboration across teamsOversee project execution from a construction perspective, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metLiaise with vendors to ensure equipment, materials, and installations meet project specificationsIdentify and resolve construction and quality issues proactivelyRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience in a Construction Manager or similar leadership roleStrong background working on the construction side of projects (hands-on experience required)Demonstrated experience with data center constructionDeep understanding of QA/QC processes (L0-L3)Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including vendors and subcontractorsAbility to lead in a fast-paced, high-value project environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary of up to $200,000Accommodation and travel expenses coveredOpportunity to work on a large-scale (1GW) cutting-edge data center projectHigh-impact role with significant responsibility and visibility
