As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients in Willmar! Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication skills are essential as you collaborate closely with physicians, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, coordinated care.SCHEDULE:* Full time | 80 hours every 2 weeks* Flexible schedule | Monday - Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm, Friday 7:30am-4:00pmPAY & BENEFITS:* Starting pay begins at $76,939.20 per year and increases with experience* Salary range: $68,952.00-$103,438.40 per year* $5,000 Hiring Bonus + $5,000 Relocation Bonus for eligible candidates* Full time benefits like medical, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discounts and more!QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy* Licensed by the MN Board of Occupational TherapyTo be eligible for the hiring bonus, student loan repayment or relocation bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
