Executive Recruiter, Logistics/Supply Chain
We are seeking a driven, consultativeExecutive Recruiterto manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing and maintaining strong client relationships across logistics and transportation industries. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management
Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and market mapping
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insight on market conditions, compensation, talent availability, and hiring strategy
Manage client relationships including intake calls, search strategy, feedback management, and offer negotiation
Maintain a consistent business development cadence and pipeline
Candidate Sourcing
Lead searches from intake through placement
Source and engage passive and active candidates using a variety of methods (LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, databases)
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews assessing skills, experience, motivators, and cultural alignment
Prepare candidates for interviews and manage client feedback throughout the process
Facilitate offer presentation, negotiation, and close
Market Expertise & Advisory
Build deep expertise within defined supply chain niches and functional verticals
Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence
Provide consultative guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Process & Performance Management
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within the ATS/CRM
Meet or exceed individual revenue, placement, and activity targets
Ensure a high level of professionalism, urgency, and follow-through
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Sales, account management, and client engagement within the logistics or adjacent industry
Strong vetting, assessment, and closing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization, accountability, and time management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting mid-level to senior-level supply chain roles
Demonstrated success in a performance-driven or commission-based environment
Established network within supply chain, logistics, or transportation markets
2+ years of full-desk / 360 recruiting experience (agency or search firm preferred)
