Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in East Brunswick, NJ, for a Founding Educator & AI Learning Advisor at Pestal.ai. The responsibilities include designing and planning innovative lesson structures, teaching and working directly with educators and professional teams to develop impactful learning materials, and training users on the effective adoption of Pestal’s platform. Additional tasks involve providing feedback to enhance AI-driven instructional tools and tailoring content and training resources that align with the organization’s vision of improving education and training experiences. Qualifications Expertise in Lesson Planning and Education with a strong understanding of developing structured instructional workflowsProven skills in Communication and ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiencesDemonstrated experience in Teaching and Training, ideally in both educational and professional environmentsStrong aptitude for working with AI-driven tools and willingness to provide feedback for continuous improvementPassion for educational innovation and commitment to improving teaching practices and learner outcomesBachelor’s or advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred
