Rewind Operator

*Labelink is Growing!* *We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team on 1st shift and 2nd shift in our Finishing Department. * *Why Labelink?* * No mandatory overtime – we value work-life balance. * Optional overtime available. * Straight shifts (no rotations). * Competitive pay with raises & bonuses. *Shift Details* * 6:30am to 2:30pm (Monday through Friday) * 2:20pm to 12:20am (Monday through Thursday *What You’ll Do* * Operate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions. * Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met. * Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. *What We’re Looking For* * Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions. * Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs. * Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, with ability to adjust focus. *Our Benefits* * Health, Dental, Vision, HSA & HRA options. * 401(k) match – $0.50 on the dollar up to 10%. * Paid time off & holidays (eligible day one!) * Career advancement potential! *Ready to grow with us?
