PUDO Attendant $25/hr Foster City, CA (Customer-Facing Role)
PUDO AttendantOur client, a leading organization in innovative transportation solutions, is seeking a PUDO Attendant to join their team. As a PUDO Attendant, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, and a relationship-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: $25/hr. Shifts: Wed-Sun 11:30am-8pm
What's the Job?
Serve as the real-time, in-person human point of contact for riders at designated areas
Authenticate riders via badge scanners and assist with vehicle hailing
Provide light crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed
Communicate service status and assist riders during disruptions or emergencies
Support cross-operations communication through various channels
What's Needed?
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or other customer-facing roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to positive experiences
Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
Proactive mindset and resourcefulness in dynamic environments
