JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Minimum of 6 months of on-site Leasing Consultant experience on 200 plus units. -General computer experience with Bluemoon, E-site, Email, Excel, and Word -Required valid/current Texas Driver's License. -Ability to pass a full background check, including credit, criminal, and DMV. -Neat and professional personal appearance. -Good communication skills. -Self-confidence -Outgoing -Ability to relate to people. -The ability to work well under pressure. -Good organizational skills. JOB DUTIES: -Take phone calls from prospects and make appointments. -Greet prospects and have them complete guest cards. -Qualify prospects on the type, size, price, and amenities available. -Obtain picture I.D. before showing a prospect a unit or model. -Sell the prospect on the merits of the property. -Use closing techniques to close the lease -Follow up with phone calls, emails, and internet leads. -Assure that the application is completed entirely and present to the verifying agent. -Present application to Property Manager for approval/denial. -Notify prospect of acceptance or rejection of the application. -Complete all paperwork and prepare lease packet for move-ins. -Prepare maintenance requests for residents. -Perform any other duties as directed by Property Management COMPENSATION: -Full Time -3 Weeks Paid Time Off Per Year -11 Paid Holidays -Medical, Dental, Vision, and Accidental Insurance -Short-Term Disability, Long Term Disability -Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance -Commissions and Bonus Program Work Location: One location Job Type: Full-time Pay: $34,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Weekends as needed Application Question(s): What is the unit count of the largest apartment community you have worked at?
