This role blends hands-on hardware troubleshooting with software and connectivity support, working across IoT devices that leverage cellular and satellite networks to deliver real-time data.This is not your typical support role - it's very hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys working with physical devices, electrical systems, and real-world problem solving. You'll be a key part of the U.S. team, collaborating directly with engineering and R&D, and helping shape how the product evolves in a growing market.
