This role combines digital learning expertise with strategic capability building. Partnering closely with business leaders, the Senior Manager identifies priority capability gaps, defines curriculum needs, and builds learning pathways that strengthen performance in areas such as sales, marketing, and other priority business functions. Working in close partnership with Leadership & Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management & Change, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners, this role ensures capability development aligns with broader enterprise talent priorities, while bringing focused expertise in digital curriculum design, learner experience, and scalable content solutions. Digital learning platforms are managed through HR Operations Excellence and Shared Services; this role serves as a strategic partner in shaping content, learner journeys, and curriculum priorities deployed through those platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Learning StrategyLead the digital learning ecosystem and enterprise learning experienceDrive adoption and effectiveness of digital learning platforms and toolsCurate learning pathways aligned to enterprise capability prioritiesStrengthen learning accessibility and scalability across populationsCapability DevelopmentPartner with business leaders and HR colleagues to identify priority capability gaps across key business functionsTranslate business capability needs into scalable learning strategies, curricula, and development pathwaysDesign digital and blended learning journeys that combine internal content, external resources, and experiential learningBuild structured learning pathways aligned to BIC core competencies and functional capability prioritiesLearning Design & DeploymentOversee development of learning solutions that are practical, scalable, and business-relevantCurate and integrate off-the-shelf and internally developed content to create fit-for-purpose learning solutionsApply adult learning principles and learner-centered design to ensure learning is engaging and effectivePartner with HR Operations Excellence and Shared Services to support effective deployment through enterprise platformsLearning Insights & Continuous ImprovementMonitor learning participation, engagement, and feedback to continuously improve learning relevance and effectivenessUse capability data to refine learning priorities and delivery approachesPartner with Talent Management & Change to ensure talent insights inform capability investmentCross-Team IntegrationPartner with Leadership & Organization Effectiveness to translate leadership priorities into scalable learning solutionsSupport Talent Acquisition through onboarding and capability priorities linked to strategic talent needsAlign capability efforts to enterprise talent priorities and business transformation effortsQualificationsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 7–10 years of experience in learning strategy, curriculum design, and capability development Strong experience building capability solutions in business functions such as sales, marketing, commercial, or related areas Demonstrated expertise in digital learning design, blended learning approaches, and learner experience Strong ability to diagnose skill gaps and translate business needs into practical development solutions Experience curating external learning content and evaluating off-the-shelf solutions Ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner effectively across a matrixed organization Strong project leadership, design thinking, and execution capabilityBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
