Full/ Part Time Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning and implementation of therapy interventions.Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents' needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans. Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents' needs.
