Sustainable Growth., we are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Set-Up Technician to join our Manufacturing team.This role is ideal for someone with hands-on injection molding setup experience who enjoys troubleshooting, improving processes, and working closely with operations, tooling, maintenance, and quality teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll DoPerform mold changes safely and efficiently while meeting setup goalsSet machine controls according to approved process parametersConnect and verify water, oil, air, and auxiliary equipment systemsStart machines and support first-piece inspections with QA and OperatorsTroubleshoot molding, robot, and auxiliary equipment issuesMonitor and adjust processes to ensure quality and production standards are achievedDocument setup parameters and complete setup paperwork accuratelyIdentify machine or mold concerns and communicate with Maintenance and Tooling teamsSupport scrap reduction, process improvement, and lean manufacturing initiativesWork collaboratively with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teamsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of injection molding setup or processing experience preferredExperience performing mold and material changesUnderstanding of injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipmentBasic robot troubleshooting and setup experienceBasic hydraulic and process troubleshooting knowledgeUnderstanding of cycle times, contamination prevention, and setup efficiencyAbility to read and follow setup sheets, process parameters, and work instructionsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred QualificationsTechnical certificate or related manufacturing training preferredForklift/Hi-Lo experience preferredExperience in lean manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systemsWhat Makes Someone Successful in This RoleStrong attention to detailReliable attendance and dependabilityPositive attitude and willingness to learnStrong communication and teamwork skillsProblem-solving mindsetCommitment to safety and qualityPhysical RequirementsFrequently lift and/or move up to 55 poundsAbility to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout shiftAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise levelsAbility to operate overhead cranes, hydraulic lifts, and material handling equipmentWhy Join GRC?Stable and growing manufacturing companyTeam-focused cultureOpportunities for technical growth and advancementCompetitive pay and benefitsHands-on work with advanced manufacturing equipment and automationIf you're looking to grow your career in injection molding and manufacturing while working alongside a supportive and skilled team, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and grow with GRC.Sunday - 8:30pm - 6:30 amMonday - Thursday - 10:30pm - 6:30 amOT as required
