In this senior technical role, you will lead strategy and execution for distributed block storage infrastructure, ensuring highly available, secure, and resilient storage services across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, deploy, and manage large-scale, enterprise storage solutions for mission-critical applicationsLead the full lifecycle of block storage platforms, including product selection, implementation, upgrades, and decommissioningDesign and maintain highly available storage environments leveraging replication, snapshots, and disaster recovery technologiesServe as a technical escalation point for complex storage incidents, performing deep root-cause analysis and resolutionDrive capacity planning, performance tuning, and long-term scalability strategiesEnsure storage platforms meet security, compliance, and data protection requirementsCollaborate with infrastructure, compute, network, and security teams to deliver integrated solutionsEvaluate vendor technologies, influence roadmap discussions, and support budgeting and business case developmentLead during high-impact incidents, providing clear communication to technical teams and leadershipDevelop automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventionRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of experience managing enterprise block storage platformsProven expertise in distributed storage engineering and architectureDeep understanding of data replication, snapshots, backup, and disaster recoveryHands-on experience with multiple storage arrays and vendorsExtensive experience in large Fibre Channel SAN environments and iSCSI protocolsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across complex storage ecosystemsDemonstrated experience with capacity management and performance optimizationSecurity-first mindset with a strong understanding of compliance and data protectionSolid foundation in computer science, distributed systems, and storage architecturesExperience automating infrastructure using one or more general-purpose programming languagesPreferred QualificationsExperience with additional storage models (NAS, Object Storage, Cloud Storage)Familiarity with server and networking technologiesKnowledge of NVMe and next-generation storage protocolsExperience working with cloud platforms and hybrid storage architecturesAbility to influence vendors and guide product evolutionWhy TURNBRIDGE?Precision-driven hiring and delivery modelHigh-impact, enterprise-scale technical challengesCollaborative, outcome-focused cultureOpportunities to lead, influence, and modernize critical infrastructure
