Network Security Engineer

We are working with a pioneering organization that is at the forefront of implementing advanced cybersecurity strategies to protect enterprise-level systems and data.The Role Design, implement, and maintain microsegmentation policies using Illumio to enhance Zero Trust security. Analyze application communication flows to define dependencies and enforce least-privilege access. Deploy segmentation policies across hybrid and on-premise environments. Collaborate closely with application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture teams. Troubleshoot blocked or unexpected traffic and support change management for policy lifecycle. Document segmentation designs and procedures, ensuring operational discipline in production.What You'll Need 5+ years of experience in network security or cybersecurity engineering. Hands-on experience with Illumio or similar microsegmentation platforms. Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls). Experience with firewall policy design, traffic analysis, and network security technologies across on-premises and cloud environments. Proven ability to analyze network traffic and security logs for troubleshooting connectivity and segmentation issues.
