Job Overview: The Electrical Laborer supports electricians and field crews in the installation, maintenance, and cleanup of electrical systems on commercial construction job sites. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the electrical field while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities and Essential Tasks -Assist electricians with installation of conduit, wiring, and electrical componentsTransport materials, tools, and equipment across job sitesMaintain a clean and safe work environment (jobsite cleanup, debris removal)Dig trenches, pull wire, and assist with basic electrical tasks under supervisionFollow all safety protocols and OSHA regulationsOperate basic hand and power toolsSupport team members with general labor duties as neededEnsure safety and efficiency by guiding vehicle drivers and equipment operators in bind spots, tight spaces, or busy environments like construction sites and warehouses.Staying on task and alert What's in it for You? Work environment:Active commercial jobsite under construction performing the following:Wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE), always including a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves,work boots and high viz vest/ shirtWorking around energized equipmentWorking days, night, weekends, and overtime as requiredWilling and able to work in confined and/or small spacesConstant collaboration with fellow team membersThis role requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain & snow LOCATION: Rex Moore and affiliated offices are located throughout California and Nevada.
