Our culture is built on the following core values of Strong Work Ethic, Good Character, Initiative, Embracing Change, Balance & Family, and Delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience.ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain an exceptional experience for all prospective Resnick Roofing & Contracting (RRC) customers via incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers from start to finishQualify RRC prospects on phone utilizing proper needs assessment techniques and upfront contractsManage and maintain all outgoing communication relative to online lead requests via Angie’s List, Facebook, and Podium, etc.Maintain all RRC KPI sales tracking sheets and docs through GSuite dailyAssist in all the RRC accounts receivable activities daily, e.g., collections, payment processing, invoicing, etc.Maintain inventory levels of all office suppliesMaintain all platforms of social media including creative content generation which is required on a weekly basisAssist in the maintenance of minor changes to RRC websiteAssist in team event building and planningAssist with various administrative tasksManage phone systems and answering service softwareAssist with various marketing initiatives e.g., creative, digital, print, etc.Experience RequirementsManage multiple tasks at one-time throughout the daySelf-disciplined to create blocked calendar of daily schedule and strictly adhereAbility to speak articulatelyKnowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office and social media platformsBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsSalary plus bonusMedicalDental401k Match
