Job Description Established River North Chicago Interior Design Firm seeks an Account Executive to service new business development for market rate multi-family and student housing Development. ACCOUNT EXCUTIVE: We're seeking a talented, versatile Account Executive who is passionate about client relationships, accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will close client support the architectural design process and real estate transactions through the delivery and analysis of area measurements, work with design teams, analyze results, and review with stakeholders including Design team, developers, building owners and tenants. The client facing role will provide excellent customer service and maintain excellent client relationships via communication with decision makers to uncover objectives and advise accordingly. It is important to create new relationships and work on business development. Business Development is the creation of long-term value for an organization from customers, markets and relationships. A successful Account Executive will be curious, motivated, attentive to detail, analytical, and solutions driven.QUALIFICATIONS:3 to 5 years direct experience in supporting new business development activities and client relationshipsCommercial Real Estate, Space Planning / Interior Design or Facility Management experience preferredProject management experience a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivator with strong organizational and intrapersonal skillsAn enthusiastic team player, passionate problem solver, and great collaboratorExperience working with minimal supervisionAbility to manage multiple deadlines and diverse project timelines in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to travel when neededAutoCAD and/or database experience a plusRESPONSIBILITIES:Grow and maintain excellent client relationshipsProspecting new business in multifamily/ student housing developmentMaintain the Childs Dreyfus brand in written and verbal communications.Become a subject matter expert to advise and accomplish client objectivesAdvise clients on measurement standardInterpret measurement standards consistently for our clientsInteracting with national general contractors and development groups.Analyze requirements and identify possible solutions to keep projects moving forwardCoordinate client meetings and trainings, both in-person and via phone/web meeting toolsEnsure client requests are fully defined and aligned with our servicesPrepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clientsCommunicate scope requirements to project teamsPrepare and deliver client deliverablesWe offer Competitive Salary, Commissions, Health and Dental Benefits with 401K.Company DescriptionEstablished River North Chicago Interior Design Firm seeks several new team members for our fast growing team!Company DescriptionEstablished River North Chicago Interior Design Firm seeks several new team members for our fast growing team!
