This field-based role is crucial to our company's success, as you'll be the face of Patco, building our brand and market presence. Your ability to interact with customers and cultivate strong relationships with retailers is essential. Responsibilities: This is a 100% field-based part-time employee role. Your key responsibilities include: Achieving sales goals and merchandising shelves to brand standards. Traveling to various retail locations within your designated region that carry Patco Brands’ products.Identifying and developing relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned territory. Effectively communicating the features and benefits of Patco Brands’ products to customers.Collaborating with the sales team and management to develop and implement new sales strategies. Working hours: Monday, 10 am - 3 pm, Tuesday - Thursday, 9 am - 4 pm, and potentially 3-4 hour tastings on Friday or Saturday.QualificationsSelf-starter with an innovative approach. Positive, outgoing personality. Goal-oriented and results-driven. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet monthly KPIs. Valid driver's license required. Compensation and Benefits $30 per hour. $50/week gas stipend Competitive pay and bonus opportunities.Flexible self-managed hours. Opportunity for advancement and professional growth. Supportive and collaborative work environment.Be part of a disruptive brand and contribute to building a company from the ground up! Job Type: Part-time, Independent Contractor Industry: Food and Beverage Manufacturing By applying for this position, we are collecting personal information from you.
