Install, service, and repair commercial garage doors, hollow metal doors, and storefront systems Troubleshoot and fix issues quickly to keep businesses running smoothly Perform preventative maintenance to keep doors safe and efficient Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals Maintain your tools and complete job documentation accurately Partner with teammates who care about quality as much as you do Represent O&L with the friendly, professional, and reliable attitude we’re known for Keep safety first, always following DOT, OSHA, and company standards What We’re Looking For A High School Diploma or GED 3–5 years of commercial door experience (required) At least 1 year of mechanical or electrical know-how A valid Minnesota driver’s license and clean driving record (DOT card required) The ability to lift 65 lbs and work at heights up to 30 ft A can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and commitment to customers A team-player mindset—because we succeed together Who We Are At Ole and Lena’s Garage Door Service, LLC, we’re not just fixing doors, we’re opening opportunities.
