Basic QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of SMT process lines, including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance Experience with process optimization techniques, such as Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance Strong communication and documentation skills, with ability to create and maintain process documentation and training materials Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as IPC and ISOBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline***Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
