A company is looking for a Lead Core Tech Engineer to oversee the development of core engine systems and tools for a game project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Core Tech team to deliver high-quality engine systems and frameworks
Own technical direction and execution for core engine work in Unreal Engine 5
Mentor engineers and drive performance and technical health across platforms
Required Qualifications
Experience in a technical leadership role with a focus on mentoring engineers
Proven experience architecting and delivering core engine systems for a shipped title
Expert-level C++ development experience
Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine systems and workflows
Experience shipping on current-generation consoles, including optimization
