Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and provide insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with internal and external parties to develop, audit, and deliver insightful financial reports.
Analyze costs and expenses, working with department heads to implement process improvements and automation.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, industry regulations, and tax laws.
Coordinate annual financial audits and liaise with auditors.
Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and forecasting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability objectives.
Help drive automation efforts to streamline accounting processes.
Implement financial controls to safeguard company assets.
Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
4+ years of accounting or finance experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Ability to create financial reports and guiding business verticals on how to leverage these insights.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and financial analysis tools.
Experience with account reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation
Familiarity with financial analysis techniques and tools
Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
