The FSR role is primarily responsible for providing exceptional member service through a consultative approach by engaging our members in solutions-based conversations. This position is a relationship building role with a blend of financial transactions performed on the teller-line, coaching members through our digital lens, and further deepening relationships with account servicing and originating all of Westerra’s consumer loan products. What will be expected of me? Build and grow relationships with members by asking questions to learn about their financial needs, understanding their goals, and sharing how Westerra can help them by following up through proactive outreach, phone or in-person visitsConsistently meets and/or exceeds monthly sales goals while maintaining stellar service and member experience levels.Maintains knowledge of products and services and educates members on emerging technology and digital solutions such as mobile, online, ATM and other offerings.Recognizes opportunities to save members money and presents solutions to the member.Responsible for outbound calling campaigns to drive sales as well as retain members.As needed, will assist members with transactional needs according to established processes and service standards, including answering member inquiries and issue resolution.Represents Westerra at community and business development eventsAdheres to all Westerra policies and procedures and Federal and State laws and regulations applicable to the credit union.Maintains high level of confidentialityObtains NMLS (National Mortgage Licensing System) registration within 30 days of hireObtains and maintains notary public certification within six months of employment (if not already certified) to perform notarial acts such as verifying signatures, administering oaths, and certifying documentsOther duties as assigned.
