Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage store staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities also include implementing and monitoring retail loss prevention strategies, driving sales performance, and maintaining a welcoming store environment to foster customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication skills and a customer-centric mindsetProven experience in Store Management and Retail OperationsKnowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and practicesAbility to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and service goalsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plusPrevious experience in a retail environment or similar role is preferred
