Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage store staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities also include implementing and monitoring retail loss prevention strategies, driving sales performance, and maintaining a welcoming store environment to foster customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
