JOB OVERVIEW The CostumeShop Assistant serves as the primary administrative support for thedepartment, handling ledger tracking, internal/external rentalInquiries, And Stock Database Management. REQUIREMENTS - Provideaccurate ledger tracking and accounting for shop expenditures. - ManageBSC\'s costume rentals for internal departments (Education/Archives) andexternal theaters. - Maintain and update the Costume Stock Database andphysical inventory. - Assist management with pulling from stock,researching availability, and local shopping. - Handle the return ofunused garments and restocking of costume storage. - Other duties asAssigned. QUALIFICATIONS - Proficiency In Accounting/ledger Tracking AndGoogle Suite. - Strong organizational skills and knowledge ofclothing/fabric vendors. - Valid driver\'s license and/or reliabletransportation required. - Must be comfortable working with students andvolunteers. - Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. \*This job description isnot comprehensive and is subject to change at any time
