When you join ARS, you aren't just writing code; you are building tools that reduce environmental impact and drive massive social change.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our suite of automotive fintech and logistics applications. This includes our consumer-facing donation wizards, our internal remarketing auction platforms (mBid), and our partner integration APIs.What You'll DoArchitect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable features across the entire stack—from intuitive UIs to efficient backend services.Optimize Platforms: Enhance our mBid platform and Car Donation Wizard to improve conversion rates, user experience, and transaction speed.Integrate: Work with third-party APIs (automotive data, payment processors, and non-profit CRM systems) to create a seamless ecosystem.Innovate: Collaborate with the executive and product teams to prototype new solutions for the Circular Economy of vehicle recycling.Maintain Quality: Write clean, testable code and participate in peer code reviews to ensure our systems remain the most trusted in the industry.RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) along with HTML5 and CSS3/SASS.Backend: Strong experience with server-side languages (e.g., C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python).Database: Expertise in SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and understanding of database design and optimization.API Design: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON.Environment: Comfortable with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Mindset: A problem-solver who is passionate about sustainability and mission-driven work.Bonus Points ForExperience designing and implementing Agentic APIs.
