We are looking for a dynamic, upbeat, and people-oriented Concierge to enhance the experience of new residents and their families from the moment they walk through our doors. Position Overview The Concierge is the first impression and primary point of contact for new residents. This role focuses on customer service, hospitality, and ensuring residents feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable during their transition. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has a passion for helping people, and brings a positive, polished, and energetic presence to their work. Key Responsibilities Greet new residents and families upon admission Review admission paperwork and assist with questions Serve as the main point of contact during the first days/weeks of admission Conduct regular check-ins with new residents Assist residents with non-clinical requests to enhance comfort and satisfaction Coordinate with nursing, therapy, activities, and administration to support resident needs Help resolve resident concerns quickly and professionally Support customer service and admissions teams when needed Promote a warm, engaging, hospitality-focused atmosphere Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, professional, and engaging demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in an active environment Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Genuine passion for helping people Professional appearance and positive attitude Great for individuals seeking to grow in senior care or healthcare administration Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $17–$20/hr (based on experience) Standard PTO and benefits package Career growth opportunities Supportive team culture #eminent123
