Lead Java Technical developer

Role: Java Technical Lead DeveloperLocation: Mc Lean, VA(Onsite, locals or nearby location)Type: Fulltime(Only on W2)What You'll Do:Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications using Java and AWS services.Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure microservices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Utilize AWS services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, and more for application development.Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.What We're Looking For:✔ Strong proficiency in Java (13+ years preferred).✔ Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and tools.✔ Familiarity with frameworks like Spring Boot and microservices architecture.✔ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.✓ Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
