Production SupervisorOur client, an automotive company, is looking for a Production Supervisor for their Bedford, IN location.Responsibilities:Manage around 18-20 team members.Work with 2 team leaders.Responsible for 21 individual die cast machines.Attend meetings.Check Kronus to see who called in for the day.Pull up the lineup of what is running, determine where the employees go and go through a safety talk with the team.Throughout the day, know the status of the machines, assign tasks to the team, handle quality issues, handle any disciplines, pass on sheets/audits, need some computer skills (excel, outlook), put together end of shift notes.Requirements:Education High School Diploma, but Bachelor's Degree is preferred.If they have a GED, they should have at least 5 years of leadership experience.Years of experience at least 5 years of experience.Union experience is a bonus.Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel).Technical background.Problem solving abilities.Being able to multi-task (need to know the priorities).Managing conflict.Why Should You Apply?Health benefits.Referral program.Excellent growth and advancement opportunities.ICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
