We're a growing, post-acquisition company building out our finance function for scale.About the Role This new position will help build out and maintain our compliance reporting, management reporting, and financial analytics.This is an ideal fit for someone with a strong accounting background who wants to move beyond audit into FP&A and revenue operations at a rapidly growing SaaS company.What You'll DoPrepare monthly management reporting and budget-to-actuals analysisBuild and maintain FP&A models, forecasts, and KPI dashboardsSupport month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysisPost intercompany transactions and foreign exchange entriesDevelop recurring revenue and ARR/MRR reportingProduce ad hoc analysisWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceAdvanced Excel skills (structured tables, dynamic spill functions, LAMBDA/LET, Power Query)Experience using AI tools (Claude for excel, Claude code/cowork, or similar from other vendors) to improve accounting workflowsDetail-oriented with a bias toward structured, repeatable processesClear communicator who can translate numbers into business contextNice to HaveExposure to software accounting (Deferred Revenue, Capitalized Software, etc.) and Project accounting (Percent complete)Experience with complex ERP systems and project accounting softwareInterest in SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, net retention)CPA or actively pursuing CPA licensure1–3 years of experience in public accounting (Big Four or national/regional firm preferred)What You'll LearnFP&A and management reporting in a high-growth environmentSaaS revenue recognition, recurring revenue mechanics, and multi-entity accountingTransfer pricing, intercompany accounting, and FX mechanicsMentorship from an experienced CPA in a hands-on operating role
