Join the home for entrepreneurs!The Senior Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives. This role will lead project teams, manage budgets and timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Your role in our teamYou will define project timelines, scope, and budget in collaboration with stakeholdersOversee full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including scheduling, resourcing, and executionPartner cross-functionally with internal teams including engineering, sales, EHSQ, finance, contract management, and customer serviceAct as the principal contact for all client-facing communications and technical documentationYou will lead risk management efforts by identifying, assessing, and mitigating project-related risksMonitor project budgets and schedules, proactively managing deviations to maintain financial and operational integrityConduct performance reviews and lessons-learned analysis at key project milestones and closureEnsure safety compliance in collaboration with site managers and environmental teamsYou will manage all project meetings, including documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communicationsOversee specification and contract compliance with third-party vendors and suppliersProvide technical leadership by translating contractual requirements into deliverables for engineering teamsMaintain quality assurance standards across all project phasesSupport issue resolution by leading escalation paths across departmentsPerform other duties as assignedYour profileYou have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management rolesYour demonstrated 2+ years of direct leadership experience is preferredProven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects in material handling, logistics, or automation systemsExperience working in matrixed and multicultural environmentsAdvanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal, leadership, and client management capabilitiesExceptional project planning and organizational skillsAbility to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environmentProficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, or equivalent)Strong financial and analytical acumen related to cost forecasting and resource planningAbility to problem-solve and adapt strategies based on evolving conditionsCultural competence and experience working with global project teamsEffective stakeholder management and negotiation skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementPMP or similar certification is preferredOther duties as assignedEligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
