In this role, you’ll define the strategic architecture behind scalable campaign ecosystems, spanning live activations, digital, social, content, partnerships, and earned media.Reporting to the SVP, Creative Design/Executive Creative Director, you’ll work cross-functionally to translate complex business objectives, cultural dynamics, and audience behaviors into actionable campaign systems. Agency experience required; experiential-first background strongly preferred.Travel: Moderate travel may be required. All business travel is reimbursed in accordance with federal and state guidelines.Compensation & BenefitsFor this role, we offer a base salary range of $160,000 to $185,000. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and actual offers may differ to account for internal equity and market conditions.In addition to base pay, Invision provides a comprehensive package that includes multiple medical, dental, and vision plan options, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, company-paid life and disability insurance, and profit-sharing opportunities.
