Key responsibilities for the VPO include operational leadership to maintain consistent service delivery, quality standards, and operational efficiency across multiple care centers. The role also involves translating organizational strategy into operational plans, establishing and monitoring KPIs, and ensuring that operational practices align with clinical best practices and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, compliance, staffing models, and payer environments, with a proven ability to build teams, manage change, and scale operations in a growth environment.
