1099 Independent Contractor | Hybrid | Beaverton, ORWe are a growing outpatient behavioral health practice in Oregon seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This is a hybrid position offering a blend of in-office and telehealth appointments, providing flexibility while delivering high-quality psychiatric care.Position OverviewPosition Type: 1099 Independent ContractorSchedule: Flexible — you set your own hours.Setting: Hybrid (in-person clinic in Beaverton, OR + telehealth).Compensation: Competitive — 70/30 split for year 1. Will adjust over time.Start Date: Immediate opening. It will take several months for clinician to be credentialed.About the RoleAs a contracted PMHNP, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative care for adult patients.
