EHS coordinator - Entry level/ Recent graduates

We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our commitment to safety and environmental health standards.Collaborate in the development of protocols for all EHS programs and systems to ensure a safe and clean environment.Identify and control hazards that could harm any party working at or visiting the location, including contractors and visitors.Provide onsite safety support and perform day-to-day safety activities, including new hire safety orientation.Investigate and track accidents, establishing methods to correct and eliminate unsafe practices and conditions.Partner with managers to monitor and ensure follow-up on safety, health, and environmental action plans.Audit safety, health, and environmental activities, report and track results, and follow-up on actions to improve conditions and comply with regulations.Alert and support in case of emergency, in compliance with internal procedures.Pilot some EHS action plans and support the deployment of EHS methodologies and best practices.Improve EHS skills of employees and take charge of training activities, communication campaigns, and teamwork.Strong background in Emergency Response and First Aid.Assist in the creation and review of documents such as JBS, Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments.Act as a backup for the Recycle Team to ensure recycling activities are not interrupted as needed across the plants.Work in production areas as applicable and qualified, including Shipping, Receiving, Wiring, Pre-Wiring, Mechanical, Close-Up, and Testing, according to business needs.
