It’s a mindset.Join the Crew that keeps the future online.What you will do on the jobDrive the adoption of AI-assisted DevSecOps practices, using large language models and automation tools to accelerate secure containerization of legacy applications while maintaining security compliance.Develop and maintain AI-enhanced CI/CD pipelines that automatically generate security policies, container configurations, and infrastructure-as-code templates based on application requirements and best practices.Use AI coding assistants for implementation, refactoring, and documentation while following team guidelines.Generate unit and integration tests, improve coverage, and reduce defects.Speed up PRs with AI-assisted reviews, summaries, and risk notes.Query logs and docs with AI to troubleshoot issues and unblock work.Partner with product, design, security, and compliance to ship increments that meet fintech standards.Minimum qualificationsHands-on coding experience through coursework, projects, or internships.Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and web or backend basics.Ability to learn quickly and work in an Agile team.Bachelor’s degree.Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.Willing to work on-site in one of the listed locationsNice to haveProjects that show AI-assisted development, such as AI-generated tests or AI-supported refactors.Experience with cloud services, databases, or CI/CD.Interest in security, privacy, and handling sensitive data.Benefits and compensationSalary (including on-the-job-training): $110,000+ per yearHealth insurance including medical, vision, and dentalEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Matching 401(k)Up to 15 days PTO and 14 Paid HolidaysGet a week off at the end of the year to unplug from work, rest and rechargeTake a day off to celebrate your birthdayTuition Reimbursement+Additional Benefits
