Great opportunity to work as a 1099 independent contractor for a well established group in Oregon. This Nurse Practitioner would be responsible for doing In-Home Annual Wellness Visits and Risk Assessments throughout selected counties. Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)Counties to choose from in Northern Oregon (General Portland and surrounding areas) include:Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties Travel will consist of in home visits within a maximum of 55 milesFlexible work schedule during week to fit your needsWeekdays - Mon-Fri - 8a-5p - never on callIncludes travelling time and visit duration - number of visits depends on the schedule you providePaid per visit along with mileage - visits can take up to an hourWill see geriatric ages mainlyMust have atleast 2+ yrs exp in primary care as NP, must have reliable vehicle, previous in-home risk assessment exp preferredPlease refer to Job ID.
