We have a global reach, with offices in major cities around the world.Role DescriptionCTO is working closely with the Chairman of a Vault 10 law firm. They are so busy in our investigations and broader litigation practices that they have an incredible opportunity for a rising star, litigation partner to help support a multitude of existing and new cases and help continue the growth of high profile, complex litigation matters with premier clients.We are seeking an experienced and hungry rising star litigation partner to work closely with the Chair of the group. Ideally, the candidate would be in Silicon Valley or San Francisco. You would be working closely is a nationally recognized litigation partner, board advisor, and Global Co-Chair of Investigations and White Collar Defense.This leader and the broader litigation practice are incredibly busy, with a strong and diverse set of matters consisting of major civil litigation (commercial, securities, and governance litigation) and high-profile government investigations (primarily DOJ and SEC), many of which result in contentious trials garnering national attention. The ideal candidate should be 10-15 years out of a top 10 law school, Order of Coif, have clerked for a federal judge (preferably U.S. Court of Appeals), have experience managing a team of associates, have experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions, possesses attention to details and deadlines, and have truly impeccable writing and oral advocacy skills. Equally important, the candidate should be driven, extremely hard working, a team player, and enthusiastic to join a demanding team with high-profile and very contentious matters. Unlike most partner candidates we seek, this candidate does not need to have portable business, but instead should be working with the Chair to help support and scale the Firm’s litigation practice as that business continues to grow.Please start submitting the resumes as soon as possible and include me and Renee in this submission.
