In this role, you will contribute to key initiatives by conducting legal research, supporting internal reviews, and helping interpret regulatory requirements that impact our business operations. This is a strong opportunity for someone pursuing or recently completing a Juris Doctor (JD) who is looking to gain experience in a collaborative, professional services environment. It will be an in-office role.How you’ll create opportunities in this Legal Clerk role: Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and administrative guidance relevant to firm operationsDraft and review internal memoranda, policy summaries, and compliance materialsSupport interpretation of regulatory requirements across areas such as employment, privacy, compensation, and professional standardsAssist with internal legal reviews, audits, and risk assessmentsPrepare summaries of legal developments and their implications for leadership and internal stakeholdersReview documents related to contracts, governance materials, and internal policiesMaintain legal documentation and knowledge resourcesCollaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and People Solutions teams to support firm initiativesWhat You Will NeedEnrollment in or completion of a Juris Doctor (JD) program from an accredited law schoolPrior experience in an in-house legal, compliance, risk, or professional services environment is a plusStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or Bloomberg LawOur approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people.
