Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/BCaBA
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to clients, particularly those with autism. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and the ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
Create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on research data collection and patient assessment.
Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress and provide education on behavioral strategies.
Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on findings.
Stay current with research in the field of applied behavior analysis and contribute to ongoing program development.
Qualifications
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst is required.
Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders, is highly desirable.
Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation, patient assessment, and behavioral therapy techniques.
Familiarity with behavioral health practices and the ability to apply evidence-based interventions effectively.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience managing medical records is essential.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
