Position Overview:
Bubble Binz is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them via email, text, and phone. Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, text, and phone.
Address and resolve customer issues with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bubble Binz services, policies, and procedures.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system for record-keeping and follow-up.
Assist customers with account management, scheduling, and general inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Learn and adapt to new systems and technologies as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Technological Savvy : Comfortable using customer service tools, email platforms, and phone systems.
Interpersonal Skills : Ability to empathize with customers, stay patient, and build trust.
Willingness to Learn : Open to learning new systems and continuously improving.
Attention to Detail : Capable of accurately documenting interactions and ensuring follow-through.
