Our processes are structured, our crews are held to high standards, and our projects are managed with professionalism from start to finish.What You Will DoLead and coordinate subcontractors and Vanir Project Managers across the assigned market, providing mentoring , interviewing crews, negotiating pricing, and enforcing quality, safety, and jobsite standards. Oversee construction projects end-to-end-from pre-construction through 100% completion-conducting site walks on all projects to ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and client requirements. Serve as safety coordinator, performing OSHA inspections, documenting safety meetings, and ensuring all required safety and quality forms are completed for every job. Coordinate daily operations including scheduling deliveries, maintaining construction schedules (Primavera or equivalent), monitoring project software, and traveling between multiple job sites to resolve issues.
