Our Times Square flagship is built to be experienced, not just visited.The RoleWe're looking for high-energy performers to bring our storefront and floor to life in custom LED robot costumes. This is a fully performance-based role, no retail experience needed, just presence, energy, and the ability to command attention in the middle of Times Square.You'll perform a choreographed tm:rw show at the store entrance twice per shift, drawing crowds and stopping foot traffic. Between shows, you'll be in costume on the store floor — interacting with customers, walking the space, and running live product demonstrations that feel more like entertainment than a sales pitch.What You'll DoPerform two choreographed LED robot shows per shift at the Times Square entranceEngage with crowds and draw foot traffic into the store between performancesWalk the store floor in full costume, interacting with customers and creating memorable momentsRun live product demos in character, making technology feel exciting and accessibleMaintain high energy and showmanship across an 8-hour shiftTake care of your costume and equipment, flagging any wear or technical issuesCollaborate with the store team on timing, flow, and any special activations or eventsWho You AreA trained dancer, performer, or physical entertainer with professional experienceComfortable performing in a full LED robot costume for extended periods (heat, weight, visibility)You can sustain energy and presence across an 8-hour dayNaturally engaging - you know how to read a crowd and pull people inReliable, punctual, and professional -Comfortable learning basic product talking points to weave into in-store demosExperience with stilt walking, mascot performance, or character work is a strong plusBilingual or multilingual is a bonus given our Times Square audienceSchedule & Compensation8-hour shifts with two scheduled show performances and structured breaks$17/hr + Commissions and bonusesAll costumes and equipment providedTimes Square location - Candler Building, 220 W 42nd St
