Position Details: - Location: Vail, CO - Length: 13 weeks - Shift: Nights 1830-0700 (Typically Mon-Wed, but not always) - Schedule: 3x12 - Start Date: 5/11/2026 - Guaranteed Hours: 32 Position Purpose: - Perform diagnostic CT and radiographic examinations, ensuring high-quality images, patient safety, and satisfaction for both patients and physicians. Essential Job Functions: - Execute all CT examinations according to established protocols. - Conduct all radiographic examinations following department protocols. - Review each examination for technical accuracy and communicate findings effectively to caregivers. - Monitor inventory of supplies and maintain a well-stocked, organized exam room. - Verify patient identity and examination orders for consistency with clinical diagnoses. - Foster constructive communication with patients, family members, physicians, and healthcare team members. - Uphold established department policies, confidentiality, and safety standards. - Maintain effective use of the hospital's HIS and PACS systems for accurate patient documentation. - Embody principles of Just Culture and Organizational Values in daily practice. - Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring HIPAA compliance. Minimum Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum one year preferred; healthcare setting required. - Licenses: ARRT with Computed Tomography (CT) credentials: R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) required. - Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required. - Computer Skills: Ability to complete job-specific online learning and documentation. - Language Skills: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
