Job Description: As an Insurance Producer at our agency, you will be responsible for driving new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role is "Draw vs. Commission," providing you with the stability of a draw while also allowing you to earn commissions based on your performance. You will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to provide clients with the best insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Texas Personal Lines Insurance market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to agency policies and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings. Represent the agency in a professional and ethical manner. Requirements: Active Insurance Producer license in the state of Texas. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Personal Lines Insurance. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of Texas Personal Lines Insurance products and market. Ability to submit to and pass a background check. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
