As a Call Center Agent, you’ll provide high-quality support, resolve customer inquiries, and help build lasting relationships that strengthen customer loyalty and trust in our brand.What You’ll DoCustomer Support & Engagement (100%)Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering prompt, friendly, and effective supportResolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathyProvide basic technical assistance when needed, ensuring a smooth customer experienceMeet and exceed performance goals, including call volume, handling time, and customer satisfaction scoresCommunication & Service ExcellenceUse provided tools, scripts, and your product knowledge to guide conversations and deliver accurate informationBuild rapport with customers while identifying opportunities to enhance their experienceDocumentation & SystemsAccurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM systemEnsure all customer information is handled with care and attention to detailAdditional ResponsibilitiesComplete all required training, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and regulatory compliance, in a timely mannerAdhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsSupport team and departmental initiatives as neededWhat We’re Looking ForExperience & Skills3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (call center or retail environment preferred)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisionsExcellent customer service skills and professional phone presenceClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systemsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyFluency in Mandarin requiredPersonal AttributesAdaptable and quick to learn new systems and processesCustomer-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetWork Environment & Physical RequirementsPrimarily office-based role with extended periods of sitting and computer useOccasional standing, walking, and lifting of materials up to 30 lbs
