To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.Assign tasks to staff based on job requirements or special assignmentsHelp execute and implement new policies and procedures for all landscaping contracts Log arriving and departing employees in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerField calls and texts from employees regarding daily attendance Consistently deliver high levels of customer serviceVisit each customer site a minimum of once per week Send weekly reports as required by contracts to customersComprehensive understanding of scheduling, hiring, conflict resolution, and fleet management. Effective time management and ability to work independently at a fast pace with high volume of employeesEvaluate and identify areas for improvement and efficiency in daily operationsQualificationsProficiency in Landscape MaintenanceExperience in Landscape Management and overseeing teams effectivelyStrong organizational, communication, and leadership abilitiesCapability to manage schedules, budgets, and ensure high-quality performanceExperience in client-focused service and maintaining long-term relationshipsA valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical tasks related to the role
