Position OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to help maintain, secure, and improve the systems our team and clients rely on every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and building stable, well-documented environments.We operate using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which means we value clarity, accountability, and putting people in roles where they can do their best work.What You’ll DoSystems & Infrastructure ManagementAdminister and maintain Windows server environmentsManage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user accessSupport virtualization, backups, and disaster recovery processesMonitor system performance, availability, and securityCloud & Platform SupportAdminister Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Entra ID/Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams)Support identity, access controls, and security best practicesAssist with cloud migrations, upgrades, and ongoing optimizationSecurity & ComplianceApply patches, updates, and security controlsAssist with vulnerability remediation and system hardeningFollow documented standards and contribute to continuous improvementDocumentation & ProcessCreate and maintain clear technical documentationFollow established processes and help improve them over timeCollaborate with other technical team members for escalations and projectsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in a Systems Administrator or similar roleStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365Familiarity with virtualization, backups, and monitoring toolsSolid troubleshooting and documentation skillsAbility to manage priorities and work independentlyProfessional, accountable, and team-oriented mindsetNice To Have (Not Required)Experience in an MSP or multi-client environmentExposure to Azure, networking, or security toolingRelevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
