Human Resources Information System Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented HRIS Analyst with strong Workday expertise to support and improve our HR systems and processes. This role will take ownership of Workday transactions, contracts, documentation, and issue resolutionKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary Workday power user, independently processing all Workday transactions and business processesOwn documentation and process contracts and transactions, be able to investigate issues and resolveResearch, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday issues, errors, and data inconsistenciesPartner with HR to improve system efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across employee lifecycle transactionsIdentify process gaps and recommend system or workflow improvementsEnsure data integrity and consistency across Workday modules Required QualificationsProven experience working with Workday HRISAbility to independently manage a wide range of Workday transactions and business processesStrong documentation skills with experience building process guides from the ground upDemonstrated ability to research issues, identify root causes, and implement solutionsDependable, organized, and able to operate with minimal oversightComfortable training others and serving as a go‑to HRIS resource Preferred QualificationsBackground in process improvement or system optimizationStrong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
